Gnucleus is a GenAI-powered CAD creation tool that turns plain language and visual inputs into editable 3D CAD models. Instead of starting from scratch with sketches, constraints, and repetitive modeling steps, you describe what you want (or provide an image), and gNucleus generates a parametric CAD model you can refine. The goal is to make CAD faster, more accessible, and significantly more productive—advertised as up to 10× faster modeling—while still producing models that remain modifiable for real engineering workflows.

gNucleus supports multiple CAD formats, enabling you to bring generated parts into your existing toolchain rather than locking you into a single ecosystem. Beyond single-part creation, it can also generate multi-part assemblies using GenAI. Assembly creation can be driven by structured or semi-structured inputs such as text instructions, spreadsheets, PDFs, and BOMs, helping teams translate specifications into workable CAD more quickly.

The product is designed to feel conversational: you can iterate on the model through prompts, adjust parameters, and guide the design toward the intent you have in mind. This makes it useful both for early concepting and for accelerating routine modeling tasks where the intent is clear but the manual CAD effort is time-consuming.

For support or business inquiries, gNucleus provides a contact page at https://www.gnucleus.ai/contact. You can also find updates and demos through its social channels, including YouTube and LinkedIn.

Features

  • Text-to-CAD generation
  • Image-to-CAD generation
  • GenAI-aided design and conversational model creation
  • Parametric, editable CAD outputs
  • Assembly generation from text
  • Assembly generation from spreadsheets, PDFs, and BOMs
  • Multiple CAD format support

How It’s Used

  • Generate 3D CAD parts from written descriptions to speed up concepting
  • Convert reference images into editable CAD geometry
  • Create assemblies from engineering specs and documentation (text, spreadsheets, PDFs)
  • Translate BOM-driven requirements into multi-part CAD assemblies
  • Rapidly iterate designs by adjusting prompts and parameters instead of remodeling
